This is a rare nickel plated 10M. It is in excellent condition. It only has had a few small dents, which have been removed. It has a couple of minor solder joints that have been cleaned up as well. The plating is in great condition, with only a few spots where the plating is worn off. It has the usual scratches in the finish from years of playing.
The sound of this horn is amazing. It has a big, warm sound and the nickel gives it a little extra punch. It plays effortlessly at pianissimo, and can blow the roof off when you put more air through it. It has that old school, fat tenor sound that no new horn can duplicate.
