This horn has a big sound. It has a good amount of punch to the sound without sounding thin or bright. It is playing on the existing pads. I have it priced with a good setup that should last anyone a couple years of playing before needing an overhaul. If you would like to have this horn rebuilt, just ask and we can give you a price. This is a really solid Mark VI that will be a great horn for any serious player. The engraving is still sharp and crisp.
